All our statue are all hand carfted from a natural Camphor Wood (香樟木). Xiang Zhangmu, also known as black camphor , evergreen trees, only in the south of the Yangtze River and Southwest China. The whole tree has aroma, fine wood, delicate texture, exquisite patterns. Tough and gentle texture, not easily broken, it is not easy to crack. Zhangmu is one of the rare species of China’s property, the growth period is very slow, generally take more than 20 years to become useful, is the finest rare wood.
